  • Peach preserves
  • Corn syrup
  • Prepared mustard
  • Ground cloves
  • Bone-in pork loin chops
  • Pepper
  • Salt

How To Make It?

Mix fruit preserves, corn syrup, mustard, barbeque sauce, and cloves in a small bowl. Once blended, set to the side.

Add a pinch of salt and pepper to pork chops. Then add a small amount of oil to your grill. Add pork chops and either broil them 4-5 inches from the heat on each side or cover over medium heat.
