  • Garlic Cloves, Ground Ginger
  • Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Halves
  • Cornstarch
  • Water
  • Uncooked Rice Noodle
  • Green Onions

How to make Slow Cooker Orange Chicken?

Combine ground ginger, orange juice, minced garlic, brown sugar, honey, chicken broth, rice vinegar, sesame oil, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes in a bowl. Set to the side.

Add your chicken into the slow cooker and cook, covered on low, for approximately 3-4 hours. Remove chicken from the slow cooker once cooked.

Wait until the chicken has cooled to start shredding it. Once fully shredded, set to the side. Mix water and cornstarch in a bowl until smooth. Add to the spice blend mixture you made earlier.

Put the shredded chicken back into the slow cooker. Add your noodles (or rice) and cook for 15 minutes. Continue to stir noodles (or rice) until thick and tender.
