  • Fresh thyme and 20 sprigs
  • 1 lemon, halved
  • 1 head of garlic cut in half
  • 1 yellow onion, sliced
  • 4 carrots, cut into 2-inch chunks
  • 1 fennel bulb cut into wedges, excluding tops
  • 2 TBS butter, melted
  • Olive oil
