From there, there are two ways to store them. If you know you plan on reheating them within a couple of days, you can store them in the refrigerator. They’ll last between three and four days before you need to throw them out for good.
If you want something that will last longer, you can store them in the freezer. They’ll last between two and three months with this method, but they’re going to take more time to reheat because you’ll have to thaw them out first before you can start the reheating process.
- All you need is an oven, aluminum foil, water or broth, a glass casserole dish, and a meat thermometer. All of these are items you should be able to find around your house, or at the very least, be able to pick up for cheap at your local store.
- Preheat the oven to 400F. While the oven is preheating, put your ribs on a large piece of foil and fold up the sides. DO NOT seal it up just yet.
- Add an 8th of cup of either water, broth, or barbecue sauce, then finish sealing the foil completely.
- Take the ribs (now wrapped in foil) and place them in the glass casserole dish, then place all of them into the oven.
